Hi! I’m new to the forum… I’m from Italy and I’m a doubler (I mean… I play both electric [b]and[/b] upright! 😉 )
I use the upright to play gypsy jazz with a trio ([url=http://www.onclearchibald.it]Oncle Archibald[/url]) and surf/rockabilly with another trio ([url=http://www.myspace.com/tunatones]The Tunatones[/url]). So slapping really is a must, in my playing! :laugh:
